About the Company Reticle Inc. was founded as a California C Corporation in 1998, and we operate as a California C corporation. (All of our corporate documents are held in escrow by the law firm McManis, Faulkner, and Morgan in San Jose, California.) We are privately owned. Our patent law firm is Michael, Best, and Friedenrich in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Our patent attorney is Ms. Billie Jean Smith Esq. We currently hold United States patents for the Reticle Technology (patent numbers 6,350,520 "product by process" and 6,511,645 "process" with two more patents having been notice for issue). We currently hold an Australian patent for the Reticle Technology (patent number 755842). Reticle Inc. owns complete and unrestricted rights in Reticle Carbon technology. Reticle has a royalty agreement with Michigan Technological University (MTU), who developed and transferred the property rights exclusively and permanently to the inventors, who in turn transferred the property rights exclusively and permanently to Reticle Inc. Our corporate law firm is McManis, Faulkner, and Morgan in San Jose, California. Our corporate attorney is William Faulkner Esq. Our securities law firm is Hoge Fenton Jones & Appel in San Jose, California. Our securities attorney is Karl Chandler Esq. Our accounting firm is McFarlane and Cazale in San Jose, California. Our accountant is Ms. Raylene Harvey. Our Chief Executive Officer is Dr. Dale Nesbitt. Our Chief Technical Officer is Dr. Carl Nesbitt Our advisory board is comprised of Mr. Michael Pogue, Mr. David Schultz, Mr. William Hockett, and Dr. Gordon Sparks. Reticle presently has no wholly owned or partially owned affiliates, nor is Reticle wholly or partially owned by any individual or firm other than our individual principals. |
